German MP Markus Fronmayer against Qatar

German MP Markus Fronmayer gave a speech in Parliament in which he attacked Qatar and its support for terrorism and its violations of human and women’s rights. The deputy described Qatar as a dictatorship, authoritarian and corruption rife

The appalling working conditions for migrant workers, discrimination against women and there have also been concerns over Qatar’s intolerance of the LGBTQ community.

Qatar’s track record of supporting terrorist and terrorist‐​harboring groups includes Hamas, the Taliban, al‐​Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, and the al‐​Nusra Front in Syria.
