The permanent military court in Tunisia raised a case related to the crimes of self-immolation at the disposal of a foreign country in return for a fee, assault on internal and external state security, spying on Tunisians, money laundering, involving Ghannouchi and Latif.

Ghannouchi will be heard as a defendant regarding the alleged receipt of funds from the Cabinet of Qatar.

There are documents proving that Najeh Hajj Latif, the invisible arm of Ghannouchi, uses two financial accounts into which huge funds are pumped from the Qatari Emiri Diwan, and that the sums placed in these accounts have no return for them (goods or completed work), which raises suspicion about them.
